Free trial terms: one per brand, up to 1,500 credits or 30 days, whichever comes first. A card on file, your consent attestation, and acceptance of our short trial terms are required before sending.

$500 one-time setup fee for your first engine that connects to your store, charged at signature, before the connection build begins. It does not use up credits. Each additional engine that connects is $250. Database reactivation starts from your customer export, so no store connection is required and there is no setup fee. A live Klaviyo, API or webhook feed counts as a connection, and the setup fee applies. Custom builds are scoped individually.

How your balance works. Credits are prepaid. Turn on auto-reload to keep your balance topped up, or buy more any time. If your balance reaches zero, sending pauses until you top up. Unused credits are refundable within 12 months of purchase, at the price you paid.

How many customers does the free trial reach?
On Customer Winback, 1,500 credits typically reaches roughly 800 to 1,000 customers. Each customer you text uses a credit, and every reply, and every message back, uses more, so the exact number depends on how many people respond. On Abandoned Cart Recovery, it covers about 300 recoverable checkouts at roughly 5 messages per checkout.
What if my customer list is large?
The Free Revenue Review looks at up to 10,000 records to size your list, the customers worth reaching, and the possible revenue and ROI, then scales the results to your full list. We fully clean 1,000 of those records at no charge to check how many numbers are reachable. After that, only the records we text are fully cleaned, at no charge. The trial then runs on the part of your list that your 1,500 credits cover.
How long does it take to go live?
About 5 to 7 business days on average for either engine, including getting your phone number and A2P 10DLC carrier registration approved. No developer work required. SalesLead.ai handles setup, carrier registration, and compliance steps end-to-end.
